Brickyard 400 Evangelism

Yesterday I spent a couple hours with three guys from our church at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway & Nascar’s Allstate Brickyard 400.  We had a goal to pass out 3200 gospel tracts to those who would be in attendance to the race.  In the process we had opportunity to share our faith with several of those people.  We were part of a larger group that passed out over 130,000 gospel tracts! Our prayer is that God would allow His word to penetrate the hearts of those who are lost and that they may come to know His amazing grace!  We only had a couple people become beligerant and confrontational and only one of us got partially doused with beer.  God is good.

Below are some pics from the outreach.

Me sharing with a T-shirt vendor.  I bought three shirts from him, and then he asked what I was selling.  Couldn’t resist sharing the gospel with him!

Lots of people were reading the tracts. Praise the Lord!
